Google has publicly addressed rumours and renders circulating around the internet of their upcoming ‘Pixel 4’ smartphone. They tweeted a photo, which confirms some of the leaks that Google will be refreshing their design of the Pixel range. Featuring a square camera bump on the back, housing what looks to be dual cameras with a flash and a sensor.

The phone looks to be a sleek black colour, featuring a rounded edge design and a subtle grey ‘G’ for Google on the back with a silver/white power button on the side. Google has gone for a nice contrasting look.

Another major talking point is the lack of a fingerprint sensors on the back, which the Pixel range has become accustomed to. This helps add fuel to the speculation that Google is either going for a Face ID-style face recognition system or we might see Google implement the latest in-display fingerprint technology.

We didn’t get much more info other than this, no look at the front of the phone either. Google will keep us wondering and has the whole world talking. #Pixel4 is on everyone’s lips. We’re interested to see what Google has up their sleeves and could be getting news sooner rather than later, as last year’s Pixel 3 was announced on 9th October 2018.
