VH Recovery was looking to stand out amongst a heavily congested breakdown and roadside recovery industry and partner with some of the nation’s leading brands such as AA and RAC. Over the years VH Recovery has grown a huge team and fleet to cover its service areas and also specialised in being the number one name in rescuing London’s iconic black taxis and electric and hybrid vehicles.


Iirth conducted thorough research on the industry and opted to create something that would be clean, approachable and lucid. The new brand identity had to be transferable across the business’ many assets. The design would ensure VH Recovery would stand out on the UK’s roads and wouldn’t require a major rebrand anytime in the near future.

Branding from start to finish

Designing the brand from the very core meant it was easy for the team at VH Recovery to understand the vision and it could be translated through to suppliers, fitters and partners. The brand guidelines ensured the team within VH Recovery could carry the brand’s designs forward consistently with minimal assistance from external designers. 

Branding in practice

The branding guide included everything required to ensure production and execution of the new branding was as seamless as possible. The goal was to apply a consistent identity across the business from simple business stationery for internal use to vehicle designs, uniforms and so much more. All of these designs were provided in the necessary file formats for design and print.

Designing the website

VH Recovery didn’t have a website prior to the one built during this project. The team at iirth scoped through the business operations and services offered by VH Recovery in order to create a website that would provide clients with an extremely efficient User Experience, have really good SEO and support everyday business functions.

A website that works for you

An online membership portal, MOT Booking System, the ability to purchase tyres, take bookings for tyre fittings and access to an extensive help centre. Just to name a few. The website was a much-needed addition to their ever-expanding customer base.

The look and feel of a well built website

The design adopted the branding and kept a consistent look and feel across the website. The design and development have accommodated the different audiences that would visit the website by creating it fully responsive and making key information easy to find.
